Standard Diet Recipe by Stacy Alldredge:
Ground Beef
Whole Wheat Pasta
Broccoli & Carrots
Digestive enzyme & fatty acid
Bone meal + multi vitamin

Cook chopped vegetables in nonstick pan with olive oil, salt & garlic for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat
Add beef and cook until beef is no longer red
Prepare pasta according to package instructions
Combine vegetable & protein mixture with cooked pasta
Cool for 5 minutes and serve

Allergy Diet Recipe by Stacy Alldredge:
Fish (Canned in water or Fresh)
Quinoa - follow package instructions
Peas & tomatoes
Digestive enzyme & fatty acid
Bone meal + multi vitamin + Alfalfa

Cook chopped vegetables in nonstick pan with olive oil, salt & garlic for about 5-7 minutes on medium heat
If fish is fresh, cook for 3-4 minutes in a nonstick pan with olive oil, salt & pepper
For canned fish, combine with cooked vegetables & quinoa
Mix vegetables, cooked fresh fish & quinoa
Cool for 5 minutes and serve
